The BEST HOLIDAY CRANBERRY SAUCE│Special THANKSGIVING Edition│INSTANT POT & STOVE TOP
I love Thanksgiving – family, friends, food. Cranberry sauce is one of my favorite sides – and this recipe is not only super delicious and very fast to make – its also very easy. I’m using my INSTANT POT to make this tasty side – but you can use the stove top. Complete instructions for both methods are below. What other recipes are you interested in?

1 pound Fresh Cranberries
1 ½ cups Orange Juice
1 cup Raw Cane Sugar (or any granulated sweetener you prefer, including Monkfruit for low carb/keto)
1 zest of Orange
INSTANT POT INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Rinse cranberries and add to the bottom of the INSTANT POT. Add orange juice, sugar and zest of orange. No need to stir. Making sure silicone ring is on, place on the lid and set to HIGH PRESSURE for 3 minutes.
2. When INSTANT POT is done, allow to naturally release pressure for 3 minutes. Perform a quick release. Blend to desired consistency with an immersion blender, or by transferring to a blender. Pour into a large bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to cool on the counter. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Enjoy!
STOVE TOP INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Rinse cranberries and add to the bottom a large saucepan. Add orange juice, sugar and zest of orange. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally and skimming off foam until cranberries are tender.
2. Blend to desired consistency with an immersion blender, or by transferring to a blender. Pour into a large bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to cool on the counter. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Enjoy!

Ready to make some incredibly easy and Delicious cranberry sauce then keep on Watching this recipe is so simple we're Gonna start by rinsing our cranberries And removing any damaged ones then we're Gonna add the cranberries to the instant Pot next we're going to add our orange Juice and then we're gonna add our sugar I'm using turbinado sugar in this recipe Which is a raw form of cane sugar if you Are doing a low-carb keto diet then Simply replace the turbinado sugar with Something like monk fruit extract or Whatever other type of Cado friendly Sweetener you prefer Then we're gonna grab our orange I Didn't have an orange but I did have This Clementine so I'm just testing this Organic Clementine right inside of the Pot then we're gonna grab our lid make Sure the silicone ring is on we're gonna Set our instant pots a high pressure for Three minutes as soon as it's finished We're gonna allow three minutes of Natural pressure then we're going to hit Cancel on the instant pot and perform a Quick release [Music] As soon as the pin drops it's safe to Open The instant pot really makes this soap Incredibly easy to make this dish on the Stove it takes about 20 to 25 minutes And this is so incredibly fast next I'm
