PUMPKIN-Themed Fall Recipes // EASY and FAST // SPECIAL Bonus Edition

I love the fall season. I particularly love fall recipes. Today we are going to be making 3 delicious and easy pumpkin-themed recipes. PUMPKIN DONUTS:
2 Eggs
1 ½ cups Almond Flour
1 cup Tapioca Flour
¼ cup Quinoa Flour
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
½ teaspoon Pink Salt
¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
¼ cup Coconut Sugar
1 tablespoon Baking Powder
1 cup Pumpkin Puree
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 tablespoon Black Strap Molasses

GLAZE:
½ cup Confectioner’s Sugar
1-3 teaspoons Filtered Water
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Combine all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. In another bowl, combine all wet ingredients. Add the wet into the dry ingredients.
2. Grease a pumpkin mold pan and fill each with mixture. Cook until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
3. Combine confectioner’s sugar, water and vanilla and top each donut with icing. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!

PUMPKIN PANCAKES:
½ cup Ground Flax
2 cups Oat Flour
½ cup Tapioca Flour
½ teaspoon Pink Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
½ teaspoons Ground Cloves
1 tablespoon Baking Powder
½ teaspoon Baking Soda
¼ cup Melted Coconut Oil
2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tablespoon Black Strap Molasses
2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix. Add remaining ingredients to the bowl and lightly mix.
2. In a large nonstick skillet set to medium high, add a ladle of mixture to hot pan. Flip when first side is cooked. Store in freezer.

INSTANT POT APPLES:
3 Apples
½ cup Coconut Sugar
1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
Squeeze of Lemon
1 cup Filtered Water
1 tablespoon Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Pink Salt

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Combine all ingredients in the instant pot and cook on HIGH pressure for 8 minutes. Allow 8 minutes of natural pressure. Perform a quick release.
2. Make a cornstarch slurry from equal parts filtered water and cornstarch and add to the apples. Enjoy!

I know you make me feel so fun hey guys Welcome back to my channel if you're new Here my name is Terra Today and celebration of the beautiful Fall season which happens to be my Favorite season and because today is Halloween I thought it would be super Fun for us to do a bonus video today That is pumpkin themed you guys are Going to absolutely love this before we Get started if you have not already I Would love for you to be a part of this Community you do that by hitting the red Subscribe button that's right below this Video and be sure to hit the bell icon That way you're notified each time I Post a new video we're gonna start with Making a delicious pumpkin of course We're gonna be using our instant pot to Make the pumpkin if you don't have an Instant pot you can still make the other Recipes by just simply buying some Pumpkin filling we don't want to get Pumpkin pie filling or anything that is Flavored just 100% pure pumpkin and it Will work beautifully after we have the Pumpkin puree made we're gonna make some Incredibly easy and delicious pumpkin Doughnuts you guys are gonna absolutely Be blown away by these Donuts they are Incredibly delicious nutritious and so Easy to make next up we're gonna make Some pumpkin pancakes these pancakes Come together very quickly perfect for

Meal prepping perfect to grab one out of The freezer for a busy work day you guys Are gonna love them be sure to stay all The way through the end of the video I Have an extra special bonus for you guys I'm gonna show you how to make the Delicious apple topping that we are Putting on top of our pumpkin pancakes You do not want to miss that recipe if You guys are ready to make some Incredibly delicious pumpkin themed Recipes then keep on watching the first Thing we need to do is to get our Pumpkin going so we can make this Delicious puree so I'm grabbing this Trivet that came with my instant pot It'll be so easy to get the pumpkin out Using that trivet and I'm pouring 1 cup Of water Into the bottom of the instant pod and Then I'm gonna just kind of place the Pumpkin in you see how the stem kind of Sticks up and easy way to do this is Just turn it on its side then you don't Have to mess with cutting the stem off Make sure your silicone ring is on You're gonna place the lid on the Instant pot set it to high pressure for Thirty minutes as soon as the pin pops Up you know you're good to go here and The timer starts to count down and as Soon as it's finished we're gonna allow 15 minutes for natural pressure you will See that almost all of the pressure will

Already be out of this pot because the Pin dropped so quickly now we're good to Open the pot the instant pot really Makes it so easy to cook this pumpkin so Carefully I'm just kind of pulling the Trivet out then I'm gonna kind of place It on my cutting board and take the Pumpkin off of the trivet this pumpkin Is so incredibly soft you see here that The stem just kind of fell off on its Own I didn't even have to cut it so now I'm just kind of trimming the sides boy This is super steamy now I'm gonna just Cut it straight down the center so we Can open this up and look at all these Gloriously delicious seeds so I'm Definitely not throwing these away I'm Scooping them out I'm gonna kind of Place them in this bowl right now and Then I'm gonna give them the wash and Then I am gonna actually roast them up Later but for a different recipe so once We have all of that removed now it's Time for us to get all of the flesh out Of this pumpkin and boy is there a lot Of it so I'm being very careful because Of course it's very hot you can let it Cool off a little bit more it'd probably Be smarter to do it that way and now I'm Taking all of this pumpkin and I'm gonna Place it inside of my Vitamix because I Want to make a puree out of it all we're Doing is blending up just the pumpkin I'm not adding anything else to it and

It's absolutely perfect perfect Consistency to be used in so many Different recipes guys this really is so Incredibly easy I've taken all of the pumpkin seeds and Given them a really good wash and now I'm just blotting them on paper towels Really well and I'm gonna roast them in The oven at about 350 degrees until They're golden what a delicious snack It's time to make these delicious Pumpkin doughnuts so we're gonna grab a Large bowl and add some almond flour Some tapioca flour some quinoa flour You know these these donuts are going to Be delicious a mixture of cinnamon Pumpkin pie spice and some salt we're Gonna add a little bit of black pepper I Know it sounds crazy but it's gonna be Delicious some baking powder and some Coconut sugar now it's time to get our Wet ingredients ready so in another Small bowl we're gonna crack in two Cage-free eggs I had enough tested this With flax eggs but I imagine that they Would work really well as long as you Allow them to gel up and I'm just Whisking this up then I'm gonna add in The pumpkin I'm adding some black strap Molasses it's really important to use The black strap it has extra health Benefits and also some vanilla extract I'm whisking this really well [Music]

Now back to the dry ingredients I'm kind Of just mixing it up so everything is Pretty well incorporated with the dry Ingredients and then we're going to just Pour the wet right on top of the dry Ingredients now we're gonna just stir it All together we only need this to just Combine we don't need to over mix it This batter is gonna be very thick kind Of cake like now in my donut pan I'm Spraying it really well with nonstick Spray you can use a silicone pan you can Also use a muffin tin if you'd rather do It that way if you don't have a donut Pan you can see I've come kind of making A mask putting these in here but don't You worry they're still gonna be Delicious I'm just kind of smoothing out The tops then we're gonna bake this in Our 350 degree preheated oven for about 12 to 16 minutes until a toothpick Inserted comes out clean I have allowed These to cool almost completely in the Pan before removing them onto my wire Rack now it's time to make the icing so I'm grabbing some monk fruit Confectioners sugar you can of course Use regular powdered sugar and I'm Adding just a little bit of water and Just a tiny little bit of vanilla Extract for some extra flavor so Delicious you can also use unsweetened Almond milk you can use regular milk to Make the icing I'm trying to drizzle it

On here but you can see it's super thick I love my icing thick it is much easier To just put the doughnut in the bowl and Just twirl it around to get the icing on So delicious I decided to make these Just a little bit fancier by sprinkling Some cinnamon right on top I have got to Try this look at how incredibly Delicious these Donuts look the inside Cooked absolutely perfectly He's also freeze well and they warm up Really well Let's make these delicious pumpkin Pancakes you guys are gonna love this it Comes together so quickly so we're gonna Start by grinding up some flax seed I Like to do this in my spice grinder of Course you can use already ground-up Flax meal I just find it a lot easier to Do with this way and cheaper I'm doing The same thing with my rolled oats you Can of course use oat flour and I'm just Grinding this up so it's really fine and I'm gonna do this for the two cups of The rolled oats that I'm using I love rolled oats especially these Because they're gluten free and they're Also very high in protein and keep you Full longer so that's just a win-win in My book we're gonna add some tapioca Flour some quinoa flour a little bit of Pink salt then we're gonna add our Cinnamon our pumpkin pie spice a little Bit of coconut sugar and some ground

Cloves we're gonna add our baking powder A little bit of baking soda And then we're going to just mix this All together we are gonna add our wet Ingredients straight into the bowl so it Really doesn't get any simpler than this So we're starting with the pumpkin then We're gonna add some maple syrup I love Maple syrup it's antimicrobial and it's Not a refined sugar some apple cider Vinegar this is going to help to keep These lighter some blackstrap molasses Excellent source of iron and many many Health benefits we're gonna add some Unsweetened almond milk and some melted Coconut oil we're gonna just whisk this All together we really just need this to Just combine I noticed it was really Pretty thick so I added a little bit More of the unsweetened almond milk if You want yours to be even thicker then You don't have to add it if you want Them to be thinner add a little bit more Milk now in a frying pan heating up on About medium-high heat We're gonna let it warm up and then We're gonna add about 1/4 of a cup of The batter to the frying pan let it cook On one side and then flip it over and We're gonna do this for all the pancakes I find it's really very helpful to store These pancakes in my little toaster oven While I'm making all of them just to Keep them nice and warm

Boy this pan is very nonstick there Sliding all around in here aren't they They look so incredibly delicious using The toaster oven to keep all of them hot While you make the rest is a really Great hack so now we're gonna plate These up oh they look so incredibly Delicious here's a sneak peek at those Delicious apples we're gonna be making Next oh my goodness It's the perfect topping to these Delicious pumpkin pancakes wait until You see the texture of these pancakes They are so incredibly delicious what a Delicious treat who would ever guess That these are actually good for you Okay guys I promised you a bonus recipe So we're gonna make some instant pot Apples so we're gonna be using two Honey Crisp and one Granny Smith I feel this Is the perfect combination of sweet and Also tart so I'm peeling all of the Apples well then I'm taking the core out And then we are going to just slice the Apples up this recipe really is so Simple and easy to make then I'm gonna Put just a little bit of lemon just Squeeze it right on top of the apples Not only does it help it not to brown it Also just adds a certain brightness to The dish and I love it we're gonna add Everything to the instant pot along with Some coconut sugar a little bit of pink Salt some cinnamon
