Today we are making an easy DUMP & GO Instant Pot recipe – Pork and Potatoes! If you have never tried making pork tenderloin in the instant pot, or have not had success with the results – you have GOT to try this recipe! The pork is so flavorful and perfectly tender! Dry Rub:
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Paprika Powder
½ teaspoon Ground Mustard
1 teaspoon Pink Salt
½ teaspoon Black Pepper
¼ teaspoon Sriracha Powder

BBQ Sauce:
½ cup Ketchup
2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
½ cup Rice Vinegar (substitute White Vinegar)
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
2 teaspoons Paprika Powder
2 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons Coconut Sugar
1 tablespoon Sriracha Sauce
1 teaspoon Pink Salt
1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Ingredients:
1 Pork Tenderloin (2-5 pounds)
3 Potatoes (Russet or Sweet)
2 Garlic Bulbs
Drizzle of Olive Oil
Sprinkling of Coarse Sea Salt
Cracked Black Pepper
1 cup Water (to pressurize IP)
4 Ears of Corn (optional)
½ cup Water (if making corn for steamer basket)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Combine dry rub ingredients in a small bowl. Wash potatoes and place on individual sheets of aluminum foil. Pierce with a knife. Add a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle of salt and pepper (if desired). Fold up aluminum foil over each potato forming a packet. Cut tops off of garlic bulbs and place each on a small piece of aluminum foil. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Wrap each bulb into a packet. Remove membrane from pork tenderloin and rub with dry rub.
2. Combine BBQ sauce ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Microwave for 3-5 minutes.
3. Place a trivet and water inside the Instant Pot. Place pork onto the trivet against the sides of the pot (forming a circle). Place potatoes in the center, along with the packets of garlic bulbs. They can stack on top of each other. Close the lid, set to HIGH pressure for 19 minutes (set to sealing). Allow 10 minutes of natural pressure and then perform a quick release. Remove the potatoes and the pork.
4. Optional (but recommended) – Preheat Airfryer to 400F. Place the pork and potatoes inside the Airfryer. Glaze the tenderloin with BBQ sauce. Cook for 5 minutes. Remove and flip pork and potatoes over. Glaze the tenderloin. Cook for 2 minutes. Remove from Airfryer. Top each potato with the roasted garlic.
5. Corn (optional) – Using a microwave steamer basket (according to manufacturer’s instructions) place the corn inside the steamer and cook for 4-7 minutes. Enjoy!

I've got this feeling I'm feeling you Could be the one I see no reason hello My friends it's Terra and welcome to Another video more specifically an Instant pot recipe video I know you guys Absolutely love this type of recipe Video so I am here to deliver and with The summertime I love all things summer Picnics barbecues being outside you name It I thought we would make the most Delicious Barbecue pork and potatoes inside of our Instant pot this recipe is so easy and Delicious and you guys are going to Absolutely love it before we get started If you have not already I would love for You to be a part of this community you Do that by hitting the red subscribe Button that's right below this video and Be sure to click the bell icon that way You're notified each time I post a new Video if you guys are ready to make this Super delicious barbecue pork inside of The instant pot smash that like button And let's jump right into the video We're gonna start by making the dry rub So we're gonna add garlic powder onion Powder paprika powder ground mustard Black pepper pink salt I'm adding some Sriracha for a little heat if you don't Want the heat you can leave this out and Then we're gonna give everything a good Mix Next we're going to get our potatoes

Ready so I'm using a russet potato and Two different kinds of sweet potatoes a Japanese sweet potato and a regular Sweet potato and I'm also going to roast Two bulbs of garlic so we're gonna start By poking some holes inside of the Potatoes I'm adding a drizzle of olive Oil and some coarse sea salt now this Potato is for my husband and he doesn't Like pepper on his potatoes so I'm only Going to add salt to this one these are The potatoes that I'm using but you can Use any kind of potato that you like as Long as they're all roughly the same Size then we're gonna fold the aluminum Foil into a little packet this is a Great hack for how to make that baked Potato flavor inside of the instant pot I'm gonna repeat this to the rest of the Potatoes except I'm gonna add some black Pepper to mine we're gonna set that Aside there's my husband right there now We're going to get the garlic ready so We're gonna chop the tops off I love Roasted garlic so I always make extra Whenever I do it like this add a little Bit of olive oil to the top and then I Like to sprinkle some of that coarse Salt right on top fold each of these up And set it aside of course I'm taking a Dry ready now we're gonna get our pork Tenderloin ready so pork tenderloin Typically has this membrane on it so I'm Gonna just cut it off these come – to a

Pack so they're very economical as well Just remove that place them on a plate And now I'm going to add the dry rub to Both of these This is a super quick and easy recipe Perfect for a busy weeknight and it's Also great for meal prep so I'm going to Just rub it into the pork if you don't Want to touch it with your hands you Could wear gloves but it doesn't bother Me and try to get the rub on all parts Of the pork just do the best you can now We're going to grab our instant pot I'm Placing in a trivet with one cup of Water you need that for it to pressurize And then we're gonna just lay the pork I'm just doing it like I would make ribs In here just circular so I can kind of Stick the potatoes in the middle you can Put as many in here that will fit so I Put the potatoes and the garlic bulbs Close the lid Set it to high pressure for 19 minutes Now let's make the sauce so in a large Bowl we're going to add some ketchup Some Dijon mustard now I am doubling the Recipe that you will see in the Description box below because I love This sauce and I love to have extra some Rice vinegar if you don't have rice Vinegar you can also use white vinegar And of course I did not use the right Size Bowl so I'm adding that all to a Bigger bowl

[Music] Gonna add some worse to share sauce key Ingredient in this barbecue sauce chili Powder I'm using regular chili powder You can also use ancho chili powder that Would be super delicious onion powder Next we're going to add garlic powder And paprika powder I don't have smoked Paprika but if you have it definitely Use it I'm using coconut sugar if you Don't have coconut sugar you can also Use brown sugar some honey this is some Raw honey and I've melted it a little Bit in the microwave to make it easier To pour and I'm adding this time some Sriracha sauce again if you don't like Heat you can either just use half of What I'm using or just skip it and give Everything a really good stir you could Use bottled barbecue sauce but I'm Telling you guys this sauce is so Incredibly delicious and it stores Really well in the fridge you're gonna Want to try this now I'm gonna just Stick this inside of the microwave for Three to five minutes you could do this On the stove but it's just so easy to Stick it in the microwave on pre cooking This sauce that way it's ready to go Straight out of the fridge by now your Instant pot has finished cooking and We've allowed ten minutes of natural Pressure we're gonna open the lid Carefully remove all of the potatoes and

The garlic remove the pork this pork is So incredibly tender now I'm gonna grab My airfryer because I want this pork to Be slightly crispy on the outside and I'm gonna add some sauce to one of them I'm gonna grab the potatoes I want to Put the potatoes inside of the airfryer Also to crisp them up so it would be More like a baked potato if it was Cooked entirely in the oven if you don't Have an air fryer you could stick this Under the broiler and it would work Beautifully cook it for five minutes at 400 degrees flip it over put some sauce On the other side I left one of them playing because my Husband does not like sauce on his pork Now check this out This pork was so incredibly tender I've Got to try it perfectly sticky delicious Sweet spicy tangy this recipe came out So incredibly delicious and I cannot Wait to hear what you guys think of it I Added some of that roasted garlic to These delicious potatoes you might Notice that there is corn on my plate That I did not make inside of the Instant pot we don't want to cook the Corn inside of the instant pot because It would turn to complete mush so let me Show you what I did so I got this Steamer basket at Amazon I'll link the One I have below and you just fill the Bottom with water place your rinsed corn
