5 pounds Chicken Breasts
1 ½ cups Filtered Water
½ tablespoon Seasoned Salt
1 ½ teaspoons Garlic Bouillon (optional)

5 Russet Potatoes
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
½ tablespoon Seasoned Salt

Chop the potatoes into equal size, bite size, pieces and place in a heatproof bowl. Add olive oil and seasoned salt and mix well. Place trimmed chicken into the bottom of the Instant Pot. Add seasoned salt, water, and bouillon (if using). Place a trivet into the pot. Add bowl of potatoes onto the trivet. Close the lid (make sure the silicone ring is on), set to sealing. Set Instant Pot to HIGH pressure for 18 minutes. Allow at least 15 minutes of natural pressure and then perform a quick release. Open the lid, carefully remove the bowl of potatoes, then remove the trivet. Remove the chicken and set aside. Strain the liquid in the bottom of the pot and then place in a glass jar for later! (super delicious) Portion out 5 portions and enjoy!

They don't have to be too small Just perfect for meal prep in my opinion Once they're chopped place them in a Bowl i'm going to drizzle them with some Olive oil And then we're going to add our dried Spices which in this case Is seasoned salt so it doesn't get any Simpler and i'm going to use my hands to Mix this up Yes my hands are clean then we're going To grab our chicken And i'm using chicken breasts that i've Trimmed And these are pretty good sized breasts And we're going to just place them Into the bottom of the instant pot add Our water Some more of that seasoned salt all of The measurements as well as a Step-by-step guide will be In the description box below i'm also Going to add some garlic bouillon This is optional but i highly recommend It it really Ramps up the flavor place in a trivet And grab our potatoes I get a lot of questions about what kind Of bowls i use inside of the instant pot I typically use a glass bowl But i honestly have no idea what kind These are because they were given to me As a gift Years ago today i'm going to use a

Stainless steel bowl that's part of a Bigger set of mixing bowls And it also comes with lots of other Goodies if you want to check them out For yourself There's a link in the description box Below add the bowl To the top of the trivet then grab your Lid make sure the silicone ring is On close the lid make sure it's set to Ceiling on high pressure For 18 minutes the instant pot will just Say on In the beginning and then it will say 18 And start counting down when it's done It's going to start counting up and After It finishes naturally releasing for at Least 15 minutes You can perform a quick release Sometimes you have to do a controlled Quick release and let it out a little At a time if it splashes too much Especially with anything starchy like Potatoes Then you're going to open the lid Look at these potatoes they're cooked Absolutely perfect I'm carefully removing the bowl of Course it is hot Remove the trivet i highly recommend Always checking the temperature of any Kind of meat that you cook And make sure it's at least 165 degrees

In the case of chicken which of course It was Remove the chicken from the trivet and This liquid do not Throw this liquid away i promise you it Is delicious You can save it for soups i like to Strain it and then keep it in a glass Jar This recipe makes five portions and They're healthy sized portions Add a simple side salad for a balanced Meal I hope you enjoyed today's video and That you have a chance to try it let me Know any other recipe ideas you have for A future episode In the comments below i'm gonna leave a Playlist of some easy meal prep recipes On the screen here if you'd like to Check that out Thanks so much for watching and i will See you next week as we continue our Meal prep series Bye guys [Music] I
