Advisable to pull it off it's really Easy to do then we're gonna grab our Pepper I'm using a red pepper here and a Green pepper you can use any kind of Peppers that you like if you don't like Peppers you can substitute a different Vegetable but I'm just taking the core Out and then I'm slicing the peppers up You can chop them you can slice them you Can do it any which way you like and I Love broccoli in a stir-fry so I'm just Chopping them into similar sized pieces Then we're gonna get started with our Shallots I'm slicing up my shots if you Don't have a shallot you can use an Onion like maybe 1/4 of an onion and Then of course I'm gonna put some ginger In my stir-fry and I'm grating it on my Microplane that's a really great hack And I decided to do the same thing with The garlic since the microplane was Already dirty I'm gonna grab our instant Pot we're gonna set it to saute on high When it gets hot we're gonna put our Avocado oil in and we're gonna go in With the shallots we're gonna give that About 20 to 30 seconds and then we're Gonna add our ginger and our garlic stir Everything around so this recipe calls For two good-sized chicken breasts voila Just like that I've sliced it up it Sliced very thin and similar sized Pieces and I'm stirring everything Together

We're just looking to get a little bit Of color on it we're not looking to cook It on adding some sriracha if you don't Like heat you can skip this next I'm Adding the broth I'm using garlic block Here and then I'm adding the soy sauce Rice wine you can also use dry sherry And oyster sauce oyster sauce is a key Flavor component in this dish all of These ingredients you can find in any Local grocery store I have deglaze the Bottom of the pan so we won't get the Burn signal place in my trivet the heat Proof Bowl my rinsed rice and water give It a nice stir then we're gonna make Sure our silicone ring is on close our Lid hit cancel on the instant pot set Our instant pot to high pressure for Four minutes we're gonna allow ten Minutes of natural pressure very Important don't skip this step then We're going to do a quick release and as Soon as the pin drops it's safe to open It We're gonna fluff up our rice cooked Absolutely perfect I love a meal that Comes together so quickly like this so I'm removing the bowl and the trivet I'm Adding in the broccoli and all of the Rest of the veggies my instant pot is Still set to keep warm now I'm adding Some dark soy sauce if you can't find This you can just use regular soy sauce I'm stirring everything together and

Then I'm gonna place on my lid if you Don't have this lid you can use the Regular lid and we're gonna leave it for Five minutes if you want your vegetables To be softer you can cook them on the Stove or in the microwave I don't Recommend putting them in the instant Pot to cook with the chicken and the Rice because they will become extremely Mushy in that length of time I found throwing them in and covering it Allowed for the absolute perfect Crunchiness of a mixed vegetable that You would get at your local takeout Restaurant you guys do it any which way You like I can't wait to hear what you Guys think about this recipe this is a Great time for you to taste your dish And see if it needs any additional Seasoning mine did not need anything if You wanted your sauce to be thicker You could add a cornstarch slurry I Thought the consistency was perfect so I'm spooning it on to a delicious plate Of rice I like to top mine with some Toasted sesame seeds some red pepper Flakes and some cilantro you guys are Gonna absolutely love this recipe What did you think of today's video drop Me a comment below let me know either a Recipe idea you have a video series You're interested in do you want to see More better than takeout instant pot low Carb let me know I would love to hear
