★ INSTANT POT Recipes:

1 ½ pounds Pork Tenderloin
3 tablespoons Dark Brown Sugar
3 tablespoons Honey
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
Drizzle of Avocado Oil
1 cup water

1. Combine dry spices and apply a dry rub to pork tenderloin. Set the INSTANT POT to sauté on HIGH. Add a drizzle of avocado oil and brown tenderloin on all sides. Remove pork from pot and deglaze with 1 cup of water.
2. Combine honey and brown sugar and apply to pork tenderloin. Place a trivet in the pot and place pork on top. Press cancel on INSTANT POT and select HIGH PRESSURE for 20 minutes.
3. Allow a 10 minute natural pressure release and then perform a quick release. Open pot and remove pork. Using 2 forks, shred pork. Enjoy!

I'm feeling Jeff down on the floor I Don't know before feels like I'm gonna Do Hey guys welcome back to my channel if This is your first time here my name is Tara I asked in the last video what You'd like to see next you guys have Really been loving my instant pot recipe Videos as well as my busy workweek lunch Or dinner series so today we're gonna be Making a super fast and delicious pulled Pork tenderloin this recipe could not Get any simpler it's perfect For sandwiches to make nachos with to Throw in tacos throw on a salad and it's Absolutely perfect for meal prepping you Guys are gonna love it Before we get started if you have not Already I would love for you to be a Part of this community you do that by Hitting the red subscribe button below And be sure to hit a bell icon that way You're notified each time I post a new Video okay guys let's hop right into the Video here are all of the ingredients We'll be using today I will leave a Complete list of measurements in the Description box below so we're going to Start with a dry rub so I'm taking all Of the dry spices and we're gonna coat The pork tenderloin with it I have trimmed off the little bit of fat That was on this tenderloin because we Definitely don't need it on there once

We've completed the dry rub I'm getting The instant pot setting it to saute on High with a drizzle of avocado oil heat It up and then put the pork tenderloin In there it's really important to let it Sit on the bottom for about 3540 seconds To sear and we're doing this on all Sides you can skip this step if you Don't want to bother with the sauteing But I highly recommend it you gain a lot In the flavor Department if you do this So once we've got all sides seared I'm Gonna pull it out and we're gonna just Pour some water inside of here this is Gonna help the instant pot to pressurize But we're also deglazing the bottom of The pan scrape all those burn bits off Very very important place the trivet in Now we're gonna get our sauce ready so I've got my honey and my brown sugar you Can use coconut sugar if you prefer and We're just combining it together and Giving it a really good mix I'm using equal parts of honey it's a Brown sugar so now we're going to coat The pork tenderloin with this this is Really gonna ramp up the flavor of this Pork tenderloin while still keeping it Neutral so you can utilize the pulled Pork in many different types of dishes So once we've coated all sides of it Just really slathering it on there Then we're gonna place it inside of the Instant pot on top of the trivet I

Didn't do anything special with this Trivet I didn't grease it I did absolutely Nothing but just put the pork tenderloin On there and then I'm just putting the Last little bit of sauce right on top Then we're gonna grab our lid make sure The silicone ring is on next we're gonna Hit cancel on the instant pot set it to High pressure this might be pressure Cook on your model or manual but we want 20 minutes after the cooking process has Completed we're gonna allow a 10-minute Natural pressure release this is going To ensure that the pork tenderloin is Perfectly tender and absolutely Delicious now it's time to do a quick Release so I'm gonna use the back of the Spoon so I don't burn my hand there was Not very much pressure left in here make Sure the pin drops before you try to Open the lid so next it's time to open The lid and look at this delicious pork Tenderloin so we're just going to grab It out of there we can just disregard What's in the pot because we don't need It for this recipe and now we are gonna Shred this pork you can use two forks if You have some fancy gadget you can use It but it is so incredibly easy to shred So tender I have got to taste it oh my Goodness It is absolutely delicious so tender you Guys are gonna love this recipe so many
