How To Make PORK TENDERLOIN in INSTANT POT (throw it in and press start) INSTANT POT MINI RECIPES
Today we are making pork tenderloin in our Instant Pot. This recipe is so simple – just throw everything inside and press start. Using simple pantry spices, we are also going to make a complete meal! We are going to cook couscous at the same time! If you don’t like couscous, use baby potatoes or rice. What other easy recipes are you interested in?

2-3 pound Pork Tenderloin
1 teaspoon Garlic Bouillon
½ Lemon
¼ teaspoon Sriracha Powder
½ teaspoon Garlic Salt
Black Pepper to Taste
1 cup Filtered Water
Couscous:
1 cup Couscous
1 cup Filtered Water
Cornstarch Slurry:
2 tablespoons Cornstarch
3 tablespoons Filtered Water
Place tenderloin in the bottom of the Instant Pot. Add dried spices, bouillon, and water. Zest and juice lemon on top of pork. Place a trivet in the bottom of the pot over the tenderloin. Place a heat-proof bowl on top of the trivet. Add couscous and water. Close the lid, set to sealing. Set Instant Pot to HIGH pressure for 11 minutes. Allow 10 minutes of natural pressure and then perform a quick release. Remove the couscous, trivet, and pork. Add cornstarch slurry. Press cancel on the Instant Pot and set to sauté on HIGH. Bring to a boil to thicken. Strain gravy if desired. Serve with a side salad. Enjoy!
