★ INSTANT POT Pork Chops and Rice – https://youtu.be/ZxIFwZZGmSI

2 ½ cups Filtered Water
2 ½ cups Long Grain White Rice
1 Yellow Onion
1 small Garlic Bulb
1 bunch Cilantro
2 cans Vienna Sausages (substitute any other protein)
3-4 packets Sazon Spice
drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper

1. Rinse and drain rice. Peel and chop (using a food processor will make it easier) onion, garlic and cilantro. Add a small splash of water to the mixture to help with blending if necessary.
2. If using an Instant Pot, set to saute on high. If not using an instant pot, use a large heavy bottom stockpot (preferably cast iron). Add a drizzle of olive oil to the pot. Add mixture to the pot and then add Sazon. Stir for around 1 minute. Chop sausages into bite size pieces (drain can), and add to the pot. Stir well. Add rice to the pot and stir to combine. Add water to the pot. If using Instant Pot, cancel saute setting, place on lid, set to seal and pressure cook on HIGH pressure for four minutes. If using stovetop, simmer on low, covered, for around 15-22 minutes. Check often if using stovetop. May need to add a little more water. Once Instant Pot completes the cooking process, allow to naturally release for 10 minutes. Then do a quick release. Fluff rice with fork and allow to sit, covered for around 5-10 minutes (either method). Top with a few springs of fresh cilantro and salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!

8 Boneless Pork Chops
4 packets Sazon Spice
Cooking Spray

1. Preheat airfryer to 400F. If using oven, instructions will be the same but it may take a little longer. If using pan frying, heat large frying pan over medium high heat with avocado oil or other neutral oil covering the bottom of the pan.
2. Trim pork of fat and coat all sides of each chop with Sazon spice. Place in airfryer and cook for 10 minutes (times for oven and pan frying will vary. Check often). Flip cutlets over and cook for an additional 5-8 minutes. Spray with cooking spray and flip over once more and spray other side. Cook for additional 3-5 minutes or until desired level of crispiness is achieved. Enjoy!

Inside of here I'm using this mini Chopper you can use any food processor Or blender that you like or you can chop This by hand I'm adding just a little Bit of filtered water to help with the Curing process you can puree this as Smooth or as chunky as you like that's Just about perfect for me Next we're grabbing our Vienna sausages These are very traditional in this dish If you don't have them or you don't want To use them you can substitute any other Protein that you like Now we're grabbing our instant pot Setting it to saute putting in a drizzle Of olive oil and adding this mixture to The pot next we're going to add the Sazon spice to this mixture so I'm just Pouring the packets in sazon is a Combination of spices typically used in Latin cuisine if you have difficulty Finding the spice or you would just like To make it for yourself I will leave a List of the measurements of the Different spices in the description box Below so I'm just stirring this mixture Together to fully incorporate the spices And now it's time to add the Vienna Sausages or whatever protein you've Chosen so you just kind of want to coat It all in that delicious sofrito and now We're gonna add our drained and rinsed White rice and give this a really good Mix it's important to use white rice in

This dish because the length of time That we're going to be cooking it and Now I'm adding in the filtered water Remember it's a 1 to 1 ratio now I'm Grabbing my lid and I'm making sure that The silicone ring is on that's very Important or it will not pressurize Correctly so I'm going to set the Instant pot to pressure cook on high for 4 minutes that's right just 4 minutes Now it's time for us to get our pork Cutlets ready so I'm opening up the Different packets of sess own and I am Coating all sides of the pork in this Mixture this is really very easy to do That's just about perfect so now in my Preheated airfryer I just got this Airfryer I absolutely love it because It's nonstick it actually makes it so Much easier so I'm kind of just putting Them all in there it's also a very large Air fryer I'll link it below I just love It So after a 10 minute natural release I've done a quick release and now I am Fluffing the rice my goodness this looks Absolutely perfect I'm adding a little Bit of extra salt and pepper to it Adjusts it according to your taste So now I'm just placing a glass lid on To let it fluff completely so this is About halfway through the cooking Process and I'm flipping each of the Pork cutlets over and giving it a light

Spray and then I'm putting it back in The air fryer after about five more Minutes I've taken it back out flipping Them over again and giving it another Little spray of oil and I'm gonna put it Back in there for about two to five more Minutes we love it crispy oh my goodness This is the complete dinner look at how Incredibly delicious this looks what did You think of today's video drop me a Comment below and let me know a recipe You would really love for me to share if You liked today's video and you want to See more like it Be sure to hit that like button and Share this video with your friends your Family your co-workers or anyone else That you know that is interested in Healthy but delicious recipes thanks so Much for watching and I will see you in The next video Bye guys [Music]
